For electronic products, we provide a 1-year warranty service. During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide you with corresponding repair or replacement services.​

For other accessory products, the warranty period is extended to 2 years, which also covers product failures caused by non-human reasons, making your use more secure.​

Special note: At present, we have launched exclusive protection for JADO S6 products, providing a 1-year free replacement service. Within this period, no matter what problems occur with the product, you can directly replace it with a new one, completely eliminating your worries.​

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee, allowing you to apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.​

Items returned for a refund due to personal preference must be brand-new and suitable for resale. This means the items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. During the return application process, photo evidence is required to confirm the condition of the items for the return request to be approved.​
