For electronic products, we provide a 1-year warranty service. During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide you with corresponding repair or replacement services.​

Items returned for a refund due to personal preference must be brand-new and suitable for resale. This means the items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. During the return application process, photo evidence is required to confirm the condition of the items for the return request to be approved.​
